Is there a rule of thumb of how much plants is produced per gallon of nutrient??

  • chandra0102 1 year ago

I was looking to learn about quantities of N-P-K and other elements, e.g., Cal, Mag., etc to add per gallon of water and the total % of TDS to aim for in a hydroponics system; instead all I see in your video is a sales pitch for your own product that you are trying to sell without giving out any more useful information.

If you want hydroponics nutrients designed and tested for marijuana, the only company that does that is Advanced Nutrients. The other companies are wankers who are afraid of cannabis. Go with Advanced and you'll get more buds and THC.?

Hi +Randy Marsh, High quality hydroponic solutions will never have heavy metals in them.

  • Noah Nobody 1 year ago

What about these heavy metals found in commercial hydroponic fertilisers? Should we be worried about levels of lead, arsenic, copper, mercury, cadmium etc… in the produce?

    I refer to https://apps4.cdfa.ca.gov/fertilizerproducts/?

The drawback to hydroponics is you will have to shop for "plant food" or nutrition and supplements that are pricey.?

  • Justin Solem 1 year ago

I cant eat the hydro "product" i grow for our business…hate the fact that the living plants are just a catalyst for consuming these chemicals. Am i wrong? I see the plants love it but…its disgusting to me now after learning about biodynamics. After working on some small organic farms lately, staying true to tending to the health of soil and the Earth is where i find my heart leading me.?

    Nate… you the MAN.

  • Jeff Sullivan 1 year ago

I follow all your videos but sometimes find it hard to find nutrients you recommend locally. I guess my hardware and big box stores in the Detroit area are stocked a little differently and the hydroponic guys only sell premixed nutrients. I'm going to do a Kratky method GB for leafy veggies and wondered if just using water from my aquaponics would be sufficient or should I add a hydroponic mix.?
