Beautiful garden!!! Can you tell me where you purchased the seeds from? I want to purchase a seed vault and wanted to know if the seeds were from a vault or local store? I also used the fabic to keep the weeds down etc..
how do you store your harvest…newbie to gardening. I plan on canning and freezing. I do have a root cellar but unsure about temps and all that good stuff. any tips or videos of harvest storing?
Brandon, I used the Black Fabric as well. It works wonderful! No weeds! In Texas, we have a lot of weeds…I live in the Frisco area.
I go for a lot of neighborhood walks here where I live. I noticed in one garden that they had laid newspapers down between the rows to keep weeds out.
Just started my own garden. Mostly hot peppers and herbs. Also in Texas. Glad to actually see a great garden growing out here. The wife and I just arrived from California.
What kind of potatoes die in a frost? Potatoes!? They grow in idaho
Nice garden but most people seem to realize that planting your own garden isnt cheaper than buying because you need fertilizer & water plus effort & time & loss some plants will die on you
Your garden looks beautiful.
Brandon your garden looks great, thnx for sharing
you should do straw and soil potato towers and trellis the cucumbers . very very nice garden . may have to post mine sometime :D
Very nice garden you have. Thanks, I learned some great tips for when I start my garden : ) Thanks again.
What does the black cloth on top of the soil surrounding the plants do? I live in north texas where the weather should be the same and want to start a small garden of peppers and tomatoes.
A gardener definitely has to worry about that frost.
One of the best gardening videos I've seen so far! thanks
There's another reason to pick blackberry plants with thorns: They taste much better than the hybrid kinds without thorns.
Very nice!!!!I learn a lot!!!!!
So nice!!!! I hope mine can be that nice this year. I live near Abilene and for the last two years had major issues with the grasshoppers!
what happens when you get to the heat of summer? do you just let them die or is there a way to make it to fall?
Beautiful garden last spring!
So when do you want to start planting seeds if you live in San Antonio? Feb?
