This house is number 22 in the Stroud Eco-Renovation Open Homes weekend and will be open on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, 2.00 – 5.00pm, September 11th and 12th. Richard has worked as an artisan furniture craftsman at his Prinknash workshop for 25 years, and has spent much of that time custom designing and making tables and other items of furniture. Using these skills he has hand built his round home where he lives with his wife and two young boys and without electricity. Richard is now working on a new building as the boys are growing and more space is needed.
