I can't wait until I move into my new house. By the beginning of April I can start converting my new backyard into a garden, just like yours. I'm starting with Gai Lan, Asian Chives, Scallions, Soy Beans, Long Beans, Thai Basil, Holy Basil, Cilantro, Parsley, and Pak Choy. Separately in containers, I'm tackling Lemon Grass and Mint. We'll see how this year goes, and I might expand and take on Chinese Eggplant, Carrots, Daikon, Tomatoes, and a few varieties of peppers. Your videos are super helpful. Thank you so much for making them.

Thank you for your informative video, it gave me much pleasure in watching. I'm from Australia and a keen vege gardener myself. I think I might be picking my bok choy too late/big. I saw yours and you had mentioned they were ready for picking. This does not surprise me as picking most veges sooner rather than later means they are much more tender like snap beans for instance. Have you ever tried gardening by the moons phases?
