Vicky from the environmental network of Asseri stood by to field questions about hydroponics and organic gardening during the Feria AMBIENTICE. The network’s display included beautiful organic lettuces growing in bamboo tubes as well as waste receptacles made of recycled plastic bottles.
Organic gardening is made easy in Costa Rica with the help of regional groups or neighborhood networks who specialize in agriculture education. These networks offer invaluable sources of information regarding commonly available gardening materials and what types of fruits and vegetables prosper in each zone.

This is incredible <3 OK I love growing wheatgrass! I started years ago after reading FIT FOR LIFE by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, some how starting up on the juicing thing Korditch – for juicers I recommend BREVILLE ELITE, this juices most of your veggies, but not good for wheatgrass. I wish I could turn more people on to this lifestyle. It's healed SO MANY PEOPLE where doctors just didn't have the answers. WTG DYLAN! #DylanRatigan

Love this!!! My husband and I have been eating organic for over a year now and feel better than we ever have. We have cut out fats and are just eating healthy. He was on high blood pressure and cholesterol medicine for several years and the Dr. wanted to put him on a second cholesterol pill and I said enough already, we are going to change our lifestyle and eating habits…we eat right and walk everyday. Four weeks ago he went off his medication and his blood pressure and cholesterol are down as well as his triglycerides…his Dr. was amazed!!! What you guys are doing is absolutely fantastic…wish we had something like that here in Owensboro,Ky. We don't even have one restaurant that serves organic. It saddens me to know what our government is allowing in our food supply and what our schools are feeding our children and grandchildren…how do we stop it???
