Hydroponics is an effective system but it have some disadvantage, you need to buy some "plant food", nutrients and supplements which may be costly. Before building any hydroponics system, you must check out the benefit from aquaponics system, which can automate 95% of work.

Love your video! Do you have a pump going into it at the start? I noticed you have one later. Also when you use pumps are they on night and day? 🙂 thanks!

I might say that hydroponics gardening is one of the most systematic technique I've ever known. It's not that easy to set up but I am very much inspired to create my own. I've learned a lot from your ideas. Thank you!

get a water bubbler like they use with fish tank's then you put it on there with your nutrient mixture that you choose.or just use a waterfall.

Hi sirspiff, I submerge my roots in the water because i'm using an aquarium air pump to oxygenate the water for the roots. Works really well for me. Hope this helps & let me know if you have any further questions.

They said that if you have any kind of fruits or peppers, you need to aerate it. So put a tube into the water, with an aquarium bubbler, and Rocky will grow much better. Ok??? It's not getting enough air/nutrients. The water circulates the food.
