East Malaysia located in Borneo Island, it my home.
Try plant rambutan, durian, marang (Tarap) that how it call in EastMalaysia, mangoesteen and many more yummy tropical fruits, which I believed would really well at your yard.
What did you do wrong initially on the planting of the Kumquat tree? I bought one about a month ago, but still in the pot while I decide where to plant it. And similar history here probably… Dad's mom had one and used to make marmalade out of them. So I thought it would be nice to carry on the kumquat tradition.
i love how your water feature just seems to go everywhere….
awwwwwwww plant infermary…..love it!!!!!!!!!!
oh, i just gotta say you've inspred me to start my own nummy num garden in the Oregon/nortwesty area here…..so im experimenting to see whats hardy enough for this area
amazing. I have never seen so many of fruit varieties growing in one garden. how much is this area by the way Mace?
Ive enjoyed ur yard .I would love too get some jujube trees but no one grow them here could u send me some seeds
In this day and age where everyone has a gun all you have to do is know how to fight lololol
That was a long video, but informative. Like you, I'm gardening in a desert on a decent size plot of land. My biggest difficulty is watering. May I ask, how many cf of water do you use monthly. Or, how many gallons a week do your trees each require? Also, I'd love to see a video about how you irrigate.
hi there..if your'e planning to plant trees by trunk i think you need to store the trunk on a bucket with water for a weeks or more until the sprout will come out then that's the best time to pant on soil….hope this will help….tnx for the tour..i wish i have all those fruit on my yard too hehehe..
Your garden is so amazing man, i'm really impressed and jealous of your skill and knowledge!
when did you first start planting trees?
Wow Jake! Goji berries and a tortoise! You put my garden to shame! Keep inspiring us, my friend.
Have you tried eating baby luffa yet? they are wonderful, sweet. peel the skin slice in small bite size, saute. eat! I like to add crashed garlic. yummy/
Wow, I like that "let calamity life you up in the world". That is so true for many people today. Some are really affected by the negative and some react and persevere.
That one tree takes monsoons well because it is kinda rubbery.
If you can do this in Phoenix, I can do this in Tucson. 😀 Huge inspiration my man!
Also, the moringas in your front yard are MASSIVE! Mine are twigs in comparison. I hope they get that size someday… I'll definitely be mulching with wood chips, meanwhile!
fucking crazy man , thats awesome
what time of the year do you plant the trees?
Awesome lovv your food forest thanks for sharing
