Heres a basic overview video of my aeroponic rail system that I’m currently growing 39 peppers in. In this video I show the components of the system. More in depth videos will be coming on this system. Thanks for Watching and Please Subscribe!!!

One word: WOW!
My best congrats for you and for your aeropnic system, i really love it!
What is the cost verses harvest ratio?
what is the horse power on that pump?
felicitaciones! es muy profesional, el sistema esta automatizado?, quisiera armar uno igual, Hiciste algún video del armado del sistema? o tenes planos para mostrar? gracias por compartir
wow , this is insane. I love it!
how did u make the reflecting panels?
i think this has to be most amazing grow set up of this style but seems excessive use of power to achieve the results, i think using high quality tube CFL from Econlux would be a better idea than the HPS 1000 watt for this application. You could achieve a good result with this. Good LED is to expensive to buy and HPS to hot and to expensive to run for this application. The cfls are cool and can be closer to the plants.
Nice plumbing and especially like the flow control meter with the water filter. You can buy different CFL tubes to run at different stages of the grow blue for early growth and extra red for final stages. You may even find mixing them with some UVb tubes might be interesting the final stages to see if it adds a lot of flavor to the peppers, not sure if that would work or not.
I would store your nutrients nearer to that sink that position is not cool enough you are placing it.
Overall extremely impressive would just try to get your carbon footprint down a little and put that HPS away till it might be really needed.
I think the different species of pepper plants are going to make the mild ones hot and intermingle the tastes of the peppers.
If you grow basil and tomato together, you get a good combination but not sure on the peppers.
Other than the fence posts, that's 3/4 inch sch 40 PVC, correct?

Keeping track of the water used is a great idea. You can know the capacity of your system for adding nutrients or pH up or down. Where did you find that Flowmaster water meter thing, and how is it working for you after a few years. Is this system something you have continued to use in the past years, Jksax?
I'm curious as to how many aeroponic heads you have in there, and what kind of pump do you have feeding the system? Do you have a rule of thumb about this what you need for acceptable solution in terms of the pump you need and how many heads it can drive? Very impressive.
Do you have a written diagram for your lay out? Your videos are great! I have been interested in hydroponics for a long time, but have not found the time to get started, but hope to do something about it in the Spring! Any suggestions you could offer about getting started would be greatly appreciated!
Do you have the plans tombuild that sustem very nice i would like tommake one, please let me now.
Awesome job… did you experience any clogging issues during your grow with the use of organic nutrients running through your micro sprinklers? Overall very smartly designed, how were your end results in comparison to your invested time and money?
Are those metal fence posts? wouldnt rust become a problem over time?
Where do you get the rails and about what the cost of each rail was?
DO U DO FIELD BUILDS IAM IN PA.
VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT SYSTEM WHATS THE TOTAL $ FOR BUILD.
What kind of plastic are you using for your channels? Is it food grade?
