    I eat like this as an omnivore. Aslong as you eath fresh foods you will be healthy .

    I bet you feel really good. I wish I started young, like you on this path. Now I'm fat and sick b/c i didn't wakeup in time. And It' s really hard to change the body after 40. The damage was done. I guess in my next life I hope to start off on the right path from when I'm young. Hopefully I will have a knowing and remember. I'm still trying to recover, but it's very very hard to undo damage. I wish I did what you did, and felt and looked in shape like you. Even when I was younger no matter how much I tried to workout I couldn't get slim and in shape. Now I know it's due to my organs being damaged from the chemicals in foods etc. And no matter what I did I could not get in shape, b/c i didn't know the foods had plastics in them and broke down the kidneys. But, it's all a lesson I guess, I got spiritual and do meditation regularly and study teachings of Yogi masters like Parahansa Yogananda and realize that it's all just a life lesson and we are eternal beings.

    Vitamins are classified as either fat soluble (vitamins A, D, E and K) or water soluble (vitamins B and C). that's why i love olive oil and avocado oil as well because it makes alot of vitamins more BIOAVAILABILE!

    You might consider cutting back on your soy consumption. Soy is not a health food unless it is fermented. Even then, you don't want to consume it everyday. If you want to guide your followers to healthier eating habits, research the dangers of soy, please. Cheers!

    Tofu scramble is my favoriteeeee breakfast! This morning I had potatoes and veggies and a green juice. Super easy and super yummy
